چکیده
Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the important economic crops world. It world’s fourth most source edible oil and third vegetable protein. A study was conducted at Department Seed Science Technology, B. A. College Agriculture, AAU, Anand, to investigate morphological molecular characterization in different Arachis spp. The experiment laid out randomized complete block design with two replications evaluated for 28 quantitative 20 qualitative characters. Genetic distances among genotypes obtained from analysis traits ranged 1.00 between pairs ICG1994 AG2245 upto 9.70 ICG6813 JB1180. Dendrogram developed using average taxonomic distance matrix by UPGMA method formed four major clusters. dendrogram could not establish any distinct relationship botanical groups. However, few belonging spanish bunch group tend cluster together exhibiting their common phylogenetic relationship. This also evident case Virginia cultures where a observed. Pooled SSR 50 groundnut 23 primers generated total 1293 scorable bands 251 alleles. PIC value 0.670. genetic similarity coefficient markers this 0.27.

Phylogenetic and Diversity Analysis of Dactylis glomerata Subspecies Using SSR and IT-ISJ Markers.
The genus Dactylis, an important forage crop, has a wide geographical distribution in temperate regions. While this genus is thought to include a single species, Dactylis glomerata, this species encompasses many subspecies whose relationships have not been fully characterized. In this study, the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationships of nine representative Dactylis subspecies were exa...
متن کاملGenetic diversity analysis in the section Caulorrhizae (genus Arachis) using microsatellite markers
Diversity in 26 microsatellite loci from section Caulorrhizae germplasm was evaluated by using 33 accessions of A. pintoi Krapov. & W.C. Gregory and ten accessions of Arachis repens Handro. Twenty loci proved to be polymorphic and a total of 196 alleles were detected with an average of 9.8 alleles per locus. The variability found in those loci was greater than the variability found using morpho...
متن کاملAnalysis of the Genetic Diversity in Citrus (Citrus spp.) Species Using SSR Markers
Abstract Determination of genetic diversity level is important in clarifying genetic relationships, characterizing germplasm and the registration of new cultivars. In this study, genetic variation among 56 accessions (G1~G56) of Citrus including several undefined local or native genotypes and some known varieties in Jiroft, Kerman province, Iran was investigated using SSR markers. In total, 12 ...
متن کاملGenetic variation of Garra rufa fish in Kermanshah and Bushehr provinces, Iran, using SSR microsatellite markers
Six highly variable microsatellite loci were used to investigate the genetic diversity and population structure of the Garra rufa in Kermanshah and Bushehr provinces, Iran. All of the 6 microsatellite loci screened in this study showed polymorphism. A total of 90 individual fish from 3 populations were genotyped and 60 alleles were observed in all loci. The number of alleles per locus ranged fr...
متن کاملAssessment of genetic diversity in Brassica juncea (Brassicaceae) genotypes using phenotypic differences and SSR markers.
Brassica mustard species represent one of the most important oilseed crops in India, nevertheless, their genetic diversity is barely known. A better understanding on this topic is essential for the proper utilization of genotypes in breeding programmes. We evaluated the genetic diversity among 44 Indian mustard (Brassica juncea) genotypes including varieties/purelines from different agro-climat...
